Draw Anime Shoe – This tutorial shows you how to draw different anime shoes with three different ideas for each shoe type. Examples are running shoes, high heels, school shoes, boots, slips, and sandals.
The examples in this study represent some of the most common types of foot ware in anime and manga. Research also shows some of the ideas/angles that are often chosen. In this case, the examples are earlier, 3/4, and side view.

Before painting shoes, it is a good idea to at least measure the position of the feet within them. In the case of running shoes, the feet will be in excellent condition (flat near the ground). This way, you will better judge the size of the shoes and how they should fit the feet.
Please note that you do not need to fully paint the feet on each toe every time you want to paint shoes. You can make a quick drawing of the structure of its frame, as in the example above.
When drawing on paper, be sure to draw the foot with very simple lines that you can easily erase after drawing the shoe.

Running shoes tend to have soft padding between them and thus tend to be much stronger than other shoes. For this reason, you should draw their frame out of the foot.
Wipe off the part of the foot covered with shoes to have a clean design like the one in the example above.
Add a little detail and any shoe design elements to the drawing to complete it. In this case, the details will help both make the shoe look attractive and help define its shape.
High-heeled shoes are another common example of anime foot ware. They usually have very few details but can present other challenges when drawing them.

Two things are a little challenging when you find a foot position in high-heeled shoes. The feet will be on the toes, and the other is that the toes will often be cramped with the tips of small shoes.
Showing the feet on their toes is not too hard on the side or 3/4 view. However, it may be a little confusing at first glance.
What you want to do to show this is to make the part of the foot between the toes and the bones protruding from each side of the foot for a longer period compared to drawing the same feet sitting on the floor.
Preview is also one where the toe pressure will be more pronounced. The big toe will point continuously inside the tip of the shoe. The same goes for the toes on the other side. The toes in the middle of the foot will not change much.
And remember that you do not need to paint your toes before drawing a shoe, but it is a good idea to understand what happens to the feet before drawing shoes on them.
Shoes with high heels are usually very small and can be pulled almost directly against the foot, except one with a certain volume. (Draw Anime Shoe)
First, you can redraw the shoes on the foot lines.
Clean the painting by wiping the feet covered with shoes and walking over them with black lines where necessary. As there are not many details in this design of high heel shoes, there are a few more steps to draw them than the previous example.
Perhaps the most common type of footwear seen in anime or manga revolves around school life. Anime and manga school shoes have a variety of designs but usually, look like the example above.
Women’s shoes like those in this model usually have a slightly raised heel. This means that the feet will be a little longer if you wear them. (Draw Anime Shoe)
In the example above, you can see the location of the foot where you are inside this type of shoe. Similar to the example of a high heel, when you draw a foot in the front view, it makes the space between the toes and the side bones a little longer. This will help to show that the heel is slightly raised. On the side, with 3/4 views, you can draw the heel slightly higher than normal.
On foot, draw a frame and large sections of school shoes. Since they are usually thinner skin, you can bring them closer to the base of the foot.
Wipe the foot parts that are covered by the shoe when you draw the shape of its soles.
Draw details such as the difference between the sole and the whole shoe and the lines to show where the different parts of the shoe fit together.
Boots are another example of feet often seen in anime and manga. Unlike school shoes / high heels, they usually have a wide variety. But this time, we’ll go with the simple skin tones, and they look great. (Draw Anime Shoe)
Since these boots are not high heels, the sole inside them will be flat on the floor.
Once you have drawn the foot frame, outline the surrounding boots. In this case, the part of the shoe around the leg will be closer to it as the skin will not be too hard. However, boots of this type (except for zippers or straps) will usually be more comfortable in the leg area to help the person put their foot in. To illustrate this, you can draw that part away from the leg.
Re-wipe the leg frame once you have the start frame.
Step 3: Draw the details of the boots.
Add basic details like one wrap and a few on the skin.

The foot inside the slippers will be naturally on the floor.
These slippery surfaces will have a thin sole with a “puffed” front edge. Draw the front of the sliding frame of the foot, especially the upper side and 3/4 view.
Wipe the front part of the feet covered with slippers, and you should make a drawing.
Sandals are very common for anime characters who go to the beach or walk down the street during the summer.
Sandals will leave a very good foot, so you will want to paint the feet fully. In this case, the feet will still be flat on the ground.
Usually, these sandals will pair themselves with certain strings that run between the big toes and so on—Drawstrings beyond the footprint.

Drawing any real shoe styles (anime included) is a good idea to have a basic understanding of the general shape of the feet. As mentioned earlier, you do not need to remove the foot and toes to draw shoes completely, but it is a good idea to draw at least their basic outline.
